Can I return a poster and get my money back?

If the poster does not fill your expectations you can return it to us within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days. For more information please check returns.

My product is damaged, what now?

Unfortunately, sometimes can happen that a product gets damaged during transport, we are very sorry. Please contact us via e-mail to alcindadv@hotmail.com. Send us your order number, what is damaged and pictures of the damage to alcindadv@hotmail.com and we will look into it and come to a solution.

I'm missing products, what now?

If you have received an incomplete order, we are very sorry.
First of we recommend that you check if you have two tracking links in your account. Sometimes we have to send the products in separate packages.
If you only have one tracking link to your order and you are still missing things, please contact us via e-mail to alcindadv@hotmail.com. Send us your order number and which products are missing.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, you can simply get an update on your user account under “my orders”. If your order is already on the way, you will receive a tracking link via email.
It can happen that the delivery status does not change immediately.
If your link is not update for 3 days, please contact us via email alcindadv@hotmail.com. Send us your order number and we will look into it for you.

With which shipping company/service do you deliver?

We use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see, which company will deliver your Cin Vieira art pieces.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for the Netherlands are 4,95 Euros. Shipping costs abroad are a fixed fee of 14,95 Euros. In the Netherlands we offer a free shipping for orders over 40 Euros.

What is your delivery time?

We strive to deliver your design within 3 working days.

Which payment methods do you support?

We accept payments via Paypal, iDeal, Bancontact, Debit Card and Credit Card, AMEX.

I have a complaint about one of the products or services.
