Returns & Damaged products
At Cin Vieira we guarantee a unique shopping experience. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you are free to change or return your purchase.
Returns
We only accept returns and /or exchanges made within 14 days of the delivery date. Provided that the product has been returned undamaged and in good order, you will then be credited with the full order amount. The costs for returning from your home to Cin Vieira are for your own account. Consult the website of the transportation company for the exact rates.
Which steps should I take in order to exchange and / or return?
Fill in the return/exchange form enclosed with your order. The article must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please send us the article using or including the original packaging as well as the instructions, and any documentation that may have accompanied it.
Damaged product
When you receive a damaged product please contact us at alcindadv@hotmail.com. Send us your order number, what is damaged and pictures of the damage within 14 days after receiving your order. After the pictures have been received and it has been determined that the damage has happened through no fault of the customer, you are permitted to send the product to our office and Cin Vieira will bear the shipping costs. Then the order will be put back into production and you will receive it within 7 working days.
